SDC focuses on pursuance of service as an important aspect with special attention.
We comply with all warranty conditions from manufacturers and in the event of a warranty case, we suggest that you contact our local service in your country or in our headoffice in the Jebel Ali.

Local service centres:
Successful development of our company's service centers are already working in four CIS countries - Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.

At present, our service centers serve locally for the following products:

For all warranty cases for other brands please contact our service center in the United Arab Emirates.
Service Center in United Arab Emirates caters for all products purchased from SDC FZE, but we ask you to follow the procedure for RMA in case of warranty issue. Failure to comply with the procedure would entail failure time, or cancellation of guarantee.

RMA process:
In the event of a warranty case please download and fill upthis file

  1. Send the completed file to emailrma@sdcit.aefor confirmation of warranty.
  2. Service manager of SDC FZE within 48 hours sends you request form with confirmation of goods for warranty.
  3. Send the goods in the request form subsequently. Goods should be shipped in original packaging including all accessories, original documentation, chargers, installation disks, etc.
  4. Çàìåíà ïðîäóêòà îñóùåñòâëÿåòñÿ â òå÷åíèè 7 êàëåíäàðíûõ äíåé è âûñûëàåòñÿ îáðàòíî.
  5. Sending goods to both sides is due to the client.
  6. If the products are irrepairable or not liable to replace, in consultation with the client, SDC FZE pays the purchase price of of the goods on sold date in form of credit notes.
  7. The product is not subject to exchange and warranty in the following cases:
    - expiry of the guarantee;
    - warranty service provided by service center of the manufacturer (in this case given the appropriate warranty card;
    - damaged or missing warranty sticker supplier;
    - failure occurred because of poor quality which doesn't meet technical conditions for operation, supplies or media (refilled cartridges, diskettes or compact discs with defects or uncertain product;
    - mechanical damages;
    - damages resulting from non-customer service regulations, use of the product for other purposes;
    - damages resulting from use of the product in its modes of unforeseen technical characteristics (CPU overclocking, overclocking video cards, etc.);
    - damages resulting from intentional or erroneous actions of the consumer;
    - damages due to force majeure (element, fire, lightning, etc.);
    - damage caused by hitting inside the product of foreign objects, liquids, insects in the presence of traces of tampering;
    - damage resulting from changes in product structure;
    - damage resulting from transport;
    - damages caused by the mismatch of the state technical standards and norms of supply, telecommunications, cable networks.
