Responsibilities:

  • Drawing up a portrait of the candidate
  • Vacancy posting
  • Working with the referral program of the company
  • Sourcing in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan
  • Conducting telephone interviews
  • Compiling feedback based on the results of interviews for the internal customer
  • Feedback to candidates

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in sourcing candidates
  • Experience of HR in IT industry in preferred
  • English speaking skills at Intermediate level

Professional requirements:

  • Confident user of Hh and LinkedIn platforms
  • Ability to work independantly

Personal qualities:

  • Result oriented
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
