Responsibilities:

  • Work with inventory items and primary documentation (contracts, invoices, powers of attorney, capitalization).
  • Participation in inventory taking.
  • Entering bank documents into 1C.
  • Entering additional expenses into 1C.
  • Active participation in testing the new Trade Management system, and identifying discrepancies.
  • Reconciliation of data from 2 databases.
  • Accounting and control of accounts receivable and payable from suppliers and buyers.
  • Instructions of the Chief Accountant.

Basic Qualifications:      

  • Experience of working in operational systems.
  • Confident PC user.

Professional requirements:

  • Knowledge of basic office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to organize work independently.
  • Correct oral and written language.
  • Attention to detail.
