Responsibilities:
- Work with inventory items and primary documentation (contracts, invoices, powers of attorney, capitalization).
- Participation in inventory taking.
- Entering bank documents into 1C.
- Entering additional expenses into 1C.
- Active participation in testing the new Trade Management system, and identifying discrepancies.
- Reconciliation of data from 2 databases.
- Accounting and control of accounts receivable and payable from suppliers and buyers.
- Instructions of the Chief Accountant.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience of working in operational systems.
- Confident PC user.
Professional requirements:
- Knowledge of basic office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to organize work independently.
- Correct oral and written language.
- Attention to detail.
