Responsibilities:

  • Verification of project calculations, financial part of contracts, calculation of VAT, duties, margins, brokerage and other expenses.
  • Approval of the transaction based on the result of the check.
  • Control of payments from customers depending on the financial terms of the transaction.
  • Accounting documents check.
  • Calculation of projects indexation, calculation of gross / net profit in the company's short circuit.
  • Company budget planning (payment of upcoming VAT, office rent, salary and other expenses).
  • Preparation of financial statements for the parent company.
  • Control of outsourced accounting.         

Basic Qualifications:      

  • Education in the field of financial management, accounting, management accounting.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in similar positions: Financial accounting, management accounting, in the field of budgeting.
  • Distribution business experience preferred.
  • Experience in budget preparing (P&L).
  • Advanced Excel user.
  • English language not lower than B2.
