Order processing specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Registration of projects.
  • Control over the validity of concluded projects.
  • Request for prices, calculation of margins and formation of commersial offers.
  • Acceptance, placement and further processing of orders.
  • Creation of invoices (Purchase Order) and further processing in the system.
  • Weekly request for project statuses in the CRM system.
  • Maintaining an archive of completed and current orders.
  • Preparation of weekly reports on current stock and sales.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience of working in operational systems.
  • Confident PC user.

Professional requirements:

  • Knowledge of basic office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to organize work independently.
  • Correct oral and written language.
  • Attention to details.
