Responsibilities:
- Registration of projects.
- Control over the validity of concluded projects.
- Request for prices, calculation of margins and formation of commersial offers.
- Acceptance, placement and further processing of orders.
- Creation of invoices (Purchase Order) and further processing in the system.
- Weekly request for project statuses in the CRM system.
- Maintaining an archive of completed and current orders.
- Preparation of weekly reports on current stock and sales.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience of working in operational systems.
- Confident PC user.
Professional requirements:
- Knowledge of basic office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to organize work independently.
- Correct oral and written language.
- Attention to details.
