Business Development Manager (Ubiquity)

Responsibilities:

  • Communication and building strategic relationships with an international vendor of wireless data communication and CCTV (Ubiquity).
  • Work with the commercial team and resellers to identify and evaluate potential opportunities.
  • Retail market research, competitor analytics.
  • Working with the regular stock.
  • Planning and proceeding campaigns, events, promo together with the marketing team.
  • Conducting negotiations at different levels, including top management.
  • Monitoring the decision-making process at different levels, identifying problems in processing and pricing.
  • Building and coordination of business processes.
  • Financial analysis and control of margin levels.
  • Placing orders, maintaining and monitoring deliveries.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Higher education in marketing, IT, CCTV or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data communication/CCTV distribution market in Central Asia.
  • Solid knowledge of retail market in Kazakhstan.
  • Experience working with international vendors of WiFi and video-equipment will be an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of the principles of work in the field of data communication/CCTV and branding.
  • Excellent negotiation and interaction skills with various levels of management.
  • Ability to effectively manage business processes and projects.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with large volumes of data.
  • Advanced in English.
