Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of a full package of documents (permits, letters) for a customs broker;
  • Requests for product certification, tracking the validity periods of additional agreements to contracts;
  • Searching for technical characteristics of goods for subsequent submission for issuance of permits;
  • Preparation and transfer of documents to the accounting department after customs clearance;
  • Formation of invoices according to data from the sales department;
  • Providing information about products and additional costs to the sales department for the formation of commercial offers;
  • Verification of the contents of annexes to contracts with partners;
  • Collection of accounting documents from the airport's temporary storage warehouse.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Confident English language skills;
  • Experience within operational functions;
  • Willingness to learn logistics processes.

Professional requirements:  

  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Attention to numbers and details.
