Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with UAE labour law.
- Support recruitment activities in close cooperation with the central HR team.
- Coordinate the onboarding and adaptation of new employees in the Dubai office in line with company's process.
- Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and HR reports.
- Liaise with external partners (PRO, visa, insurance, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in building a positive, inclusive, and supportive office culture.
Basic Qualifications:
- Good understanding of UAE labour law and HR procedures.
- Experience supporting onboarding or employee engagement processes is an advantage.
Professional requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HR administration or related roles.
Personal qualities:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- English — fluent; Arabic will be an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and people-focused.
