Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment: from requirements gathering to offer stage.
- Collaboration with an AI recruiter: analysis of interview results and decision-making.
- Active sourcing via LinkedIn, HH, Telegram, and Boolean search.
- Conducting structured interviews (hard & soft skills).
- Managing the recruitment pipeline in ATS (MyTeam) and maintaining candidate communication.
- Weekly reporting on vacancies.
- Participation in onboarding of new hires (first 2 months).
- Involvement in HR projects: automation, gamification, employer branding.
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Ability to manage 5–10 vacancies simultaneously.
- Confident sourcing skills across multiple channels.
Professional requirements:
- Strong interview and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience working with ATS and recruitment analytics.
- Ability to analyze data (AI interview insights, funnels, reports).
- Willingness to travel.
