Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment: from requirements gathering to offer stage.
  • Collaboration with an AI recruiter: analysis of interview results and decision-making.
  • Active sourcing via LinkedIn, HH, Telegram, and Boolean search.
  • Conducting structured interviews (hard & soft skills).
  • Managing the recruitment pipeline in ATS (MyTeam) and maintaining candidate communication.
  • Weekly reporting on vacancies.
  • Participation in onboarding of new hires (first 2 months).
  • Involvement in HR projects: automation, gamification, employer branding.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Ability to manage 5–10 vacancies simultaneously.
  • Confident sourcing skills across multiple channels.

Professional requirements:

  • Strong interview and candidate assessment skills.
  • Experience working with ATS and recruitment analytics.
  • Ability to analyze data (AI interview insights, funnels, reports).
  • Willingness to travel.
